In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the q89com website, all associated subdomains, mobile-responsive web interfaces, and any related digital services provided by q89com.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on the q89com Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a User's Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by q89com that are subject to separate wagering requirements and terms as communicated at the time of the offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a User must bet before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by q89com before processing withdrawals or when otherwise required by q89com's compliance obligations.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limit, session time limit, loss limit, cooling-off, and self-exclusion features available within the User's Account settings.

By registering an Account on q89com, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent confirmation during registration, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
• You agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
• You have read and agree to q89com's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
• You have read and agree to q89com's Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You meet all eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of this Agreement.

If you are accessing q89com on behalf of a third party or allowing a third party to access the Platform through your Account, you accept personal liability for ensuring that person's compliance with this Agreement.

Access to q89com is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. q89com operates a strict 21+ policy. Users found to be under 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended, all funds frozen pending review, and all net winnings forfeited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account on q89com. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Own Identity: You must register using your own true identity. Registering using another person's identity or providing false documentation is prohibited and constitutes fraud.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be under any active self-exclusion arrangement with q89com or any other recognised gambling operator that covers the q89com Platform.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing q89com from a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction of access.

To use the real-money features of q89com, you must register a personal Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number (03XX format), and a valid email address. q89com reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of registration information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. q89com will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was caused or enabled by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify q89com immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• You must not allow any third party to place bets or access your Account on your behalf.
• q89com may refuse to register an Account or close an existing Account at its reasonable discretion without being required to provide a reason.

q89com operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process as required by its international gaming licence obligations. KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed and may be required at other times at q89com's discretion, including when unusual account activity is detected.

The standard KYC documents required are:

• Identity Document: A clear photograph or scan of your valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC).
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or other official document not older than three months, showing your registered address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your CNIC as directed by the q89com verification team.
• Payment Method Verification: Evidence that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your own name (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account registration details).

Withdrawal requests will remain pending until KYC verification is successfully completed. q89com will not be liable for delays in payment processing caused by incomplete or disputed KYC documentation. Providing fraudulent documents is a criminal offence and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

q89com accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of Pakistani payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, bank transfer, OTC cash, and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• All deposited funds must be played through at least once before a withdrawal can be processed, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. This does not apply where no bonus has been claimed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the q89com Account. q89com does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• q89com reserves the right to apply additional security checks to withdrawal requests, which may temporarily extend processing times.
• q89com does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.
• Deposits made in error cannot be refunded after they have been credited to your q89com balance and used in any bet or game. Contact support immediately if you believe an erroneous deposit has been made.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your Account, q89com reserves the right to correct such credits at any time, including after you have used such funds.

q89com offers various bonuses and promotions to registered users from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general bonus terms which apply to all promotions:

• One Bonus Per User: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one welcome bonus is available per User, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. These must be completed before any winnings generated from Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire at a time stated in the offer terms. Uncompleted wagering results in forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them.
• Maximum Bet Under Bonus: While wagering through a bonus, the maximum permitted bet per round or per bet placement will be stated in the offer. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• q89com's Right to Modify or Withdraw: q89com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a user has already opted in to a promotion before cancellation, q89com will honour the terms of that promotion for that user where reasonably practicable.

All casino games offered on q89com use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software audited by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers using physical equipment observable in real time on stream. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is the mathematical expected return over an extended play period and does not guarantee any individual outcome.

Sports betting on q89com, including cricket betting (PSL, international matches, domestic tournaments), UFC, football, and other markets, is subject to the following:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Subsequent odds changes do not affect confirmed bets.
• q89com reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion without explanation.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with q89com's specific sport rules published on the Platform.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to a brief delay in odds updates. q89com reserves the right to void bets placed after a material event (such as a wicket falling or a goal) but before the odds have updated, where it can be determined that the bet was placed with knowledge of the event.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per account and are published on the Platform. Any winnings exceeding published limits will be paid at the published maximum.
• In the event of a technical error in the display of odds or game outcomes, q89com reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies equally to erroneous live-dealer game results caused by equipment failure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on q89com and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other time.
• Using any software, bot, algorithm, or automated system to interact with the Platform, including for the purpose of meeting wagering requirements.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or glitches to generate winnings.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other users to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Money laundering — using q89com to deposit, move, or withdraw funds that are derived from criminal activity.
• Engaging in match-fixing or any conduct intended to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event on which bets have been placed.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your Account.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other method to circumvent geographic or jurisdictional access controls.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy any part of the Platform's software, code, or content.

q89com cooperates with law enforcement authorities and gaming regulators. Accounts involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct will be reported, and all relevant account data and transaction records will be provided to investigating authorities on request.

q89com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to freeze or confiscate the balance therein, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any term of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for illegal purposes.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Receiving a chargeback request from a payment provider in relation to your Account.
• q89com's determination, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of the Account presents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of this Agreement, q89com will return any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) to the payment method on record, following completion of KYC verification. Account closure processing times may vary.

Users may close their own Account at any time by contacting q89com support. Responsible gaming self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. Please refer to Section 11 for full details on self-exclusion.

q89com is committed to responsible gambling and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The Platform operates a strict 21+ age policy and provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from any registered user's Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. You will be notified and logged out when the limit is reached.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose in a defined period.

All content on the q89com Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, text, page layouts, trademarks, and trade names — is the property of q89com or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any content from the Platform.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from Platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software element of the Platform.
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of q89com's intellectual property will result in immediate account closure and may result in legal proceedings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, q89com, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses resulting from participation in gambling activities on the Platform, including losses arising from bets placed or casino games played.
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any technical failure, Platform unavailability, or interruption of service caused by circumstances beyond q89com's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service failures, power outages, third-party payment system failures, or force majeure events.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, q89com's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. q89com does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

q89com collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

q89com implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet is completely secure, and q89com cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted to the Platform.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which q89com holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through q89com's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent q89com from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorised use of the Platform.

q89com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, q89com will notify registered users via the registered email address or via an in-Platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with the effective date updated accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting q89com support.
